Firstly we would just like to thank you for taking the time and effort to help support HOPE and the work we are doing in Cambodia. Cycling is a major way of life for the kids we help there, often cycling over an hour to get to school. Indeed when we were both volunteers we would spend several hours a day cycling between the 3 schools we helped at. And so it seemed appropriate to turn to cycling challenges to raise awareness and funds for HOPE. Last September one HOPE Trustee cycled London to Paris, but we wanted to get more people involved and so opted for London to Brighton this year. As you know this ride is not a fully fledged organised trip, so don’t expect a rub down and refreshments every 5 miles! However we do have the help of some very experienced L2B cyclists who have assisted us in producing some useful tips. In advance it would be extremely helpful to collect some basic info, and we would be grateful if you could complete and submit the form on this link ASAP and BEFORE Friday 19th June. Can you also forward this full message to your crew of cycling volunteers and ask them to complete accordingly.
